ho mai visto nessuno uccidere per mangiare.
Normalmente, le cose le si trovano gia morte. Vai al supermercato
e te le danno già tutte morte. Impacchettate, in lattina,
sotto vuoto, in plastica, in carta: tutto morto.
Noi tutti facciamo cose per procurarci denaro e barattarlo con
cadaveri.
E ci perdiamo di uccidere.
Secondo la mia modesta opinione, non esercitare l’assassinio
è qualcosa che ci rende meno umani e ci snatura.
Devi avere molta immaginazione – e io non ce l’ho-
per tremare davanti all’idea della morte aprendo una lattina
di polpette con piselli nella cucina di casa.
I’ve
never seen anybody killing to eat.
Usually the objects/things you get are already dead. You go to
the supermarket and you are given of all dead things. Pre-packed,
canned/tinned, vacuum-packed, plastic-coated, gift-wrapped, everything’s
dead.
We all act to earn money and to trade it for dead bodies.
And we miss the killing.
in my opinion, to have retired from the exercise of killing it
is something that make ourselves less human and that perverts
our nature.
You should have lots of imagination – and I don’t
– to shiver in front of the idea of the death while opening
a meatball-with-peas tin in the home kitchen.
